Another Celeb Baby Joins The World!

The funny, talented and wonderful Tina Fey gave birth this past Wednesday to a baby girl, Penelope Athena. Big sis Alice must be so excited to have a baby sister! "I'm not sure I'm remembering correctly, but I think it hurts a lot when they come out," the 30 Rock star told PEOPLE a few months ago, lol. Congrats to the whole family!
