High Style Soda: DVF Teams up with Diet Coke

Diane Von Furstenberg and Diet Coke have recently collaborated to create a fabulous limited-edition collection of iconic aluminum bottles that feature classic, one of a kind prints and images from the designer. The collector's item bottles will be sold at Diane Von Furstenberg boutiques in New York and online throughout the month of February and the best part is that all the proceeds from the bottle sales will be donated to the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health. Talk about high style soda!

DVF for Gap Kids

Diane Von Furstenberg has just been announced as the latest designer to collaborate with Gap Kids on their next spring collection due out in March, next year.

“As a proud mother and grandmother, I am so excited to create a collection for the superstar retailer,” she said in a release.

The line will include unisex wear for babies, as well as trendy pieces for girls aged two to 14. The designs will bare DVF’s signature bold graphic prints, and while it hasn’t yet been confirmed, we’re sure the collection will include a few of her trademark wrap dresses.

"I'm looking forward to offering our customers an exciting collection that applies her signature approach to print, optimistic color and femininity," said Art Peck, president of Gap for North America.

DVF will follow in the footsteps of Stella McCartney, who last collaborated with the brand for their Spring 2010 kids collection. The British designer’s collection was so successful that not only were adults trying to buy her designs in the largest of kids sizes, but it became a springboard to launch a childrenswear line for her own business. Perhaps with some luck, the same will happen for Madame Von Furstenberg. Here’s to hoping!
